Etsy draft transfers

When available, this connection creates new drafts in the shop you authorize. It does not publish or delete listings, accept orders or make purchases. Review all product facts, rights, prices, variations and shop policies before each transfer and again in Etsy before publishing. Etsy’s rules, approval requirements and applicable fees remain your responsibility. Connection availability depends on Etsy application approval and provider limits. If an upload has an uncertain outcome, inspect the recorded draft in Etsy before attempting another transfer.

Independent service and Etsy warranty disclaimer

This independent service is provided under the KitForma name. You acknowledge that Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates do not develop KitForma, do not provide this application service, and make no warranties of any kind regarding this application or data accessed through it. Your agreement to use KitForma is with its operator and does not create obligations for Etsy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Use KitForma lawfully and only with content you have the right to process. These terms explain the current browser tools.

Optional Pro subscriptions

Pro combines resizing, conversion and compression in a batch workflow, with multiple output sizes, reusable settings and failed-file retry. Up to 100 presets are local; up to 5 can be explicitly saved to your account. Presets and projects do not back up source files or output images. Individual free tools remain available. Files are processed on your device.

When Pro purchases are available, sign in to your KitForma account before starting checkout. Your subscription is linked to that account and access becomes available after payment is verified. Use the same account on another device to access your subscription. The subscription renews automatically each month or year until canceled, according to the plan and terms you select at Lemon Squeezy checkout. Review the final price, currency, applicable taxes and renewal interval before paying. If legacy license activation is offered instead, use the license key from your purchase email in that activation form; any activation limit is stated at checkout. Canceling renewal

Cancel through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal to stop future renewals. The billing link is available on the Pro page when checkout is enabled. After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Disconnecting a browser or clearing its data does not cancel your subscription. Open Pro

Refund requests and Pro support

For a refund request or activation help, email kitforma@outlook.com with your order reference and a short description of the issue. Do not include your license key, card details or private files. Refund requests are reviewed individually under applicable consumer rights and Lemon Squeezy’s refund rules. A request or cancellation does not by itself guarantee a refund. Your content and responsibility

You retain the rights to your files and text. Processing does not transfer ownership to us. Keep separate copies of important originals and check every result before publishing, printing, submitting or deleting a source file.

Tool limitations

Tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Browser memory, formats, fonts, color profiles and unusual documents can affect results. Image exports may remove metadata or change color; animation, Live Photo video and HDR are not preserved by still-image conversion.

Image-based PDF outputs do not automatically gain searchable text. PDF operations can discard interactive fields, bookmarks, links or signature validity as described on the tool page. Cropping is not secure redaction; a drawn signature is not a cryptographic digital signature. Only explicitly described features are supported.

Calculations can involve floating-point arithmetic and rounding. Financial tools illustrate the inputs and assumptions shown; they do not give financial or tax advice or fetch current local rates. Word counts and reading times are estimates. Static QR codes depend on continued access to their destinations. Games are for entertainment and offer no prizes.

Acceptable use

Do not infringe rights, distribute harmful content, disrupt services or mislead others. Do not manipulate advertising or encourage invalid clicks. You are responsible for obtaining any permission needed to process a document.

Third parties and changes

External services and links belong to third parties whose content and availability we do not control. Features may change. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
