KitForma offers practical browser tools for documents, images and text. Core local tools, such as photo resizing, PDF merging and JSON formatting, are free to use without an account. Optional account features, connected services and paid Pro have their own access and consent requirements.

About the project

KitForma is an independent project that brings everyday file and text tasks together, with clear output controls and limits.

How the tools work

The catalog contains 240 tools and 100 mini games. Standard local tool inputs are processed on your device. Optional account features can store workspace settings on our servers; they do not upload local tool files as part of workspace synchronization. Optional cloud AI requires separate consent to send text to the named provider shown before submission. Online OCR separately asks for consent to send the selected image through KitForma to the displayed recognition provider. The optional Etsy connection sends reviewed products and selected files to your authorized shop. Optional cloud saving sends a completed output directly from your browser to Google Drive after separate confirmation. Standard local processing does not require either upload, but processing speed and available memory depend on your browser and device. Keep important originals and inspect the downloaded output.

Testing, corrections and known limits

Changes are checked with type checks, targeted tool tests and a static-page audit of links, metadata and language references. These checks cannot prove compatibility with every file or device. Tool pages explain format limits, approximate results and features that may be lost. A reported wrong result is investigated using a non-private reproducible example where possible.

Language coverage

The original eight tool interfaces and basic guides have 50 language versions. Expanded tools, games and the detailed new guides are available in English and Turkish. The catalog labels a tool that opens in English, and its language filter can show only tools in your chosen language. New translations still need language review; a translated menu is not a promise that every tool supports that language.

Support and funding

Display advertising is currently disabled. Core local tools remain free; optional Pro adds paid image workflows and requires an account. Signing in alone does not start a paid subscription. If advertising is introduced, its controls and privacy information will be updated before activation.

Finish a task from start to finish

Use these short examples to choose the right order of tools. Download each output and select it in the next tool when needed.

Prepare a photo for an application form

  1. Crop the required area first if the form asks for a square or a particular aspect ratio.
  2. Set the required pixel dimensions. For example, preserve the ratio while resizing 1200 × 800 to 600 × 400.
  3. If there is also a KB limit, try a target file size and inspect the actual bytes and visible detail.

Final check: Reopen the output and verify its dimensions and file size. Use the receiving organization’s requirements rather than guessing an identity-photo standard.
