KITFORMA · EDITORIAL ANSWER
Why does the passkey device window not open?
KitForma editorial guide. Passkeys use the device or browser’s own authentication window. These checks help distinguish an unsupported browser from an unfinished device prompt.
Step-by-step answer
Open https://kitforma.com/en/account/ in a supported, up-to-date browser. To create a key, sign in first and press “Add a passkey” yourself. Check for a Windows Hello, phone or browser security prompt behind other windows, and complete it on your device.
If the request is cancelled or times out, wait for the current attempt to finish before trying again. To test an existing key, use “Sign in with a passkey” and select the device where you saved it. Keep your password or Google access available for recovery.
KitForma never asks you to post a PIN, fingerprint or recovery code. Removing a passkey ends sessions created with that key; keep another working sign-in method.
