Prepare a photo for an application form3 steps
- Crop if needed
Use the required aspect ratio without cutting off the subject or essential details.
- Set pixel dimensions
Keep the aspect ratio while setting the required width or height.
- Check the file size
If there is also a KB limit, try compression and inspect the actual output size.
After each result, choose the next tool under “Continue with this result”. In the resizer, open the result comparison to find it. Transfers work in the same tab for images up to 25 MB and expire after five minutes; continue without refreshing. You can also download the result and select it in the next tool.
Final check: Open the final file and verify its dimensions, legibility and required format. A KB target does not guarantee acceptance by the receiving website.

- Organize the pages
Remove unneeded pages and check their order and orientation.
- Add page numbers if needed
Choose the position and check that numbers do not cover existing content.
- Optimize and compare
Create the output, then compare its file size and page quality with the original.
After the first result, choose “Organize → number → optimize” under “Continue with this PDF”. You run each step yourself. Transfers work in the same tab for PDFs up to 40 MB and expire after five minutes; continue without refreshing.
Final check: Download and reopen the PDF to check page count and legibility. Read the notices about signatures, forms and other document features. Some files will not become smaller.
Start with the first toolPrepare a CSV for import3 steps
- Fix the delimiter
Choose comma, semicolon or tab. Do not use find-and-replace on quoted cells.
- Check the structure
Check quotation marks, column counts and empty or duplicate headers.
- Map the target columns
Choose the required column names and types; keep identifiers as text.
Continue under “Next step” after each result. The converted CSV and its delimiter go to the validator; after you review a valid structure and its warnings, the same CSV goes to the mapper. You run each step yourself. Transfers last five minutes in the same tab; continue without refreshing. Up to 200,000 characters; the mapper also limits input to 100 columns and 100,000 cells.
Final check: Download and reopen the XLSX. Check valid and excluded rows, source and target headers, delimiter changes and leading zeros. Keep the original and compare the receiving system’s import requirements.
