Product photo URLs & SKU mapping
Match product SKUs to selected photos, review a batch and optionally create hosted image URLs for your catalog CSV.
Match photos to products, then choose where they go.
Prepare an editable SKU–filename CSV without uploading anything. Optional hosting creates public image links; optional Tinify compression returns a downloadable file.
1. Choose and map images
25 megapixels maximum; 16,384 pixels per side. One image per exact, case-sensitive SKU. Rename the suggested SKU if your filename is not the product identifier.
CSV includes SKU, filename, confirmed URL, status and provider. Import identifier columns as text in spreadsheets; potentially executable cells get a leading apostrophe. Removing a row here does not delete hosted images.

2. Optional provider transfer
This step sends image bytes through KitForma to your selected provider. Check the image and its metadata for anything you do not want to share.
Checking services…
Hosting creates a public URL. Anyone with the link can retrieve the image. Deleting an asset cannot recall copies already downloaded elsewhere.
Checking your account…
One image is sent at a time. Stopping leaves the current request to finish. Uncertain results are never automatically retried. Availability and shared service quotas apply.
Your hosted assets
Up to 100 recent hosting records. Compression downloads are not stored in this list. Local SKU mappings are not sent to the provider or saved here.
Sign in to review or remove your hosted images.
How it works
- Select product photos and review the SKU-to-file mapping. Keep your originals.
- Choose an available hosting provider, read the public-image notice and confirm only the selected uploads.
- Inspect each result and download the SKU-to-URL CSV. Manage uploaded assets separately when you no longer need them.
Example & practical use
Prepare one public product-photo URL for each catalog SKU without changing the original image files.
Limits and help
Hosting is optional and requires a free KitForma account. Cloudinary or ImageKit must be configured and approved for this integration. Anyone with a public URL can view the uploaded photo; do not upload private documents. Storage and bandwidth are shared, finite provider allowances. Removing an asset can break existing catalog links and CDN copies may take time to disappear. Local compression remains available without these services.
Your files are yours.
Image selection, preview and SKU mapping run on your device. If you separately confirm hosting, your image is sent through KitForma to your selected Cloudinary or ImageKit service and a public URL is created. Tinify compression separately sends the image to Tinify with your consent. Local CSV download does not send images.
Troubleshooting
Check the original file format and selection limit. Renaming an extension does not convert a file. For a very large image, close other heavy tabs and try a smaller copy.
