Table locale rehearsal
Inspect cell-level date, decimal and separator risks.
What happens when a table changes country?
Paste or open UTF-8 CSV (2 MB, 20,000 cells). Values stay local. Compare explicit US, UK, Turkish and German parsing rules; individual spreadsheet apps may behave differently.
By default all values are preserved. Ambiguous dates, identifiers with zeros and long integers stay as text. Formula-like cells receive a visible apostrophe in downloads, including signed numbers. Quoted CSV cannot force a spreadsheet to keep zeros: choose the text-only XLSX export when exact text matters.
How it works
- Review your inputs and the supported scope.
- Set constraints, run the operation and inspect the evidence.
- Reopen downloaded output before using it.
Example & practical use
Enter your own files or measurements; review the computed result and its stated limits.
Limits and help
