How it works
- Sign in to KitForma and prepare your product CSV using the downloadable template.
- Match your photos and digital files, check every product and select your shop settings.
- When the Etsy connection is available, authorize your shop, review the transfer and create drafts. Finish publishing in Etsy.

Limits and help
Etsy connection and uploads require activation of the KitForma Etsy application. Local CSV preparation is available with a free KitForma account. This tool creates new drafts only; it does not publish listings, edit live listings, manage orders or guarantee Etsy acceptance. Uploaded file bytes are not backed up by KitForma; reselect them to resume.
Your files are yours.
CSV preparation happens on your device. When you confirm a transfer, listing details are saved to your account and selected files pass through KitForma to Etsy. Shop credentials are encrypted on the server; you can disconnect in the tool.
Troubleshooting
Try the small example on this page first. If it works, check your input format and size limit. Save any needed input before reloading. You do not need to share a file or password to report an issue.
