Required flags depend on the viewer; this tool does not collect or submit filled values. Up to 150 new fields, 300 pages and 40 MB input. Encrypted, signed and XFA PDFs unsupported.
How to use
- Choose an unencrypted, unsigned PDF you are authorized to edit. Keep the original.
- Place fields, give each a unique name, and test the downloaded form in a PDF viewer.
- Open the downloaded copy in a form-capable PDF viewer; fill, save and reopen it to check the fields.
- Preview before downloading; check again in your own PDF viewer before sharing.

Troubleshooting
Encrypted or damaged documents may not open; use an unencrypted copy only when you are authorized to access it. A scan without a text layer will not yield text with ordinary extraction. At a processing limit, reduce the file or page range and keep the original.
